Payment Structure (option for full upfront payment):

  1. Initial Payment: €3,000 at the beginning of the process.
  2. Final Payment: €4,000 upon visa approval.

Process Overview:

Step 1: Document Collection
After the initial or full payment, candidates upload these required documents for eligibility review:

  • CV
  • Passport
  • National ID
  • Resident ID

Step 2: Physical Fitness Assessment
Candidates complete a fitness assessment either by video call or by submitting a video.

Step 3: Visa Application
Once the fitness assessment is passed and the initial €3,000 is paid, we proceed with the visa application. The remaining €4,000 is due after visa approval.

Step 4: Interview and Selection
Employers may conduct virtual or in-person interviews and may issue work permits directly.

Step 5: Document Preparation for Visa Application
Candidates must provide specific documents, with our compliance team’s support, including:

  • Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) with Apostille and translation from home and resident countries
  • Apostille and translation of the last educational degree and transcript
  • Experience certificate (aligned with CV)
  • Marriage certificate (if applicable)
  • TRC Questionnaire (provided by us)

For driver positions:

  • Driving license from home and resident countries
  • International Driving Permit (IDP)

Step 6: Visa Approval and Final Steps
Upon visa approval, if only the initial payment was made, the remaining balance will be due. Candidates will then receive travel arrangements and necessary documents for their new role.

Refund Policy:
If you cancel your application or fail to provide required documents, or if a clean PCC cannot be obtained, no refund will be issued. If we must cancel the application for any reason, a 50% refund will be provided to cover administrative and processing costs, as well as the time invested by our team.
