At Get Work in EU, a division of OnlyHire.Me, we are committed to providing exceptional recruitment services to non-EU citizens seeking employment opportunities in Europe. Our services encompass the facilitation of visa processes, work contracts, work permits, travel arrangements, accommodation, and more. As our offerings are service-based and tailored to each candidate’s unique circumstances, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Payment Structure

  • Initial Payment: €3,000, payable upon commencement of the process.
  • Final Payment: €4,000, due upon visa approval.

Note: Candidates have the option to make a full upfront payment covering both the initial and final amounts.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Candidate-Initiated Cancellation: If the candudate cancels the application or fails to provide the necessary documents, or if a clean criminal background check cannot be obtained, no refund will be issued.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellation: If Get Work in EU must cancel the application for reasons beyond the candidates control, a 50% refund of the initial payment will be provided. This refund accounts for administrative and processing costs, as well as the time invested by our team.

3. Currency and Pricing

  • Base Currency: All prices are denominated in Euros (€). While our website may display prices in local currencies for convenience, the Euro serves as the base currency.
  • Currency Fluctuations: Due to potential fluctuations in exchange rates, the amount charged in local currencies may vary. We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing; however, the final amount payable will be based on the Euro price, subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Failure to provide required documents within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Inability to obtain a clean criminal background check from the candidates home or resident country.
  • Non-payment of the final payment upon visa approval, resulting in the cancellation of the process.
